The terms that apply when you buy from ArtGambit.
Your order
An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive an order number. Originals are one of one; if two payments for the same original happen at the same moment, the later one is refunded in full.
Prices and currency
Prices are set in Indian rupees. Buyers outside India can pay in US dollars at the conversion shown at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Import duties outside India are the buyer’s responsibility.
Colours and sizes
Photographs are taken with care, but colours can vary between screens. Dimensions are approximate to within 1 cm.
Artwork and images
All artworks and images remain the copyright of the artist. Buying a painting or print does not transfer the right to reproduce it.
